1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to EnhanceMyMoon ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at enhancemymoon.com and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EnhanceMyMoon is a personalized astrology platform that provides AI-generated horoscopes, birth chart analysis, cosmic path readings, and related content based on information you provide (including your birth date, time, and location).

Our services are for entertainment and personal insight purposes. Astrological readings are not a substitute for professional advice in areas including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer the following subscription tiers:

Starlight — $3/month: Daily horoscope delivery and core features
Moonrise — $9/month: Enhanced readings with deeper insights
Eclipse — $19/month: Full cosmic profile with premium content

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Your subscription automatically renews each month on the billing anniversary date unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free tier or free trial period at our discretion. Free tier users receive access to limited features without a payment method required.

If a paid trial is offered, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will notify you before any trial-to-paid conversion occurs.

Trial accounts are limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is prohibited.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@enhancemymoon.com.

Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for the following month
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data You Provide

To deliver personalized readings, we collect and use:

Birth data: Your date, time, and place of birth — used to calculate your birth chart and generate personalized horoscopes
Email address: Used to deliver your daily horoscopes, account communications, and service updates
Payment information: Processed by Stripe; we receive only a payment token, not raw card data

You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our horoscopes and cosmic readings are generated using OpenAI's language models. These readings are creative, AI-produced content based on astrological traditions and your birth data.

AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any AI-generated reading to your specific life circumstances.

You may not use our AI-generated content to train other AI models or for commercial redistribution without our written consent.

8. User Accounts & Security

We use a magic link authentication system — no passwords required. A secure login link is sent to your email address each time you sign in.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Notify us immediately at hello@enhancemymoon.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from our platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or trials
Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the service

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and features of EnhanceMyMoon are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use of your individual horoscope readings is permitted. Sharing single readings on social media with attribution is allowed.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Astrology is for entertainment purposes only. We make no claims that astrological readings will predict future events, affect outcomes, or serve as a basis for important life decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnhanceMyMoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
